When you are standing ankle deep in water in your home, you need help and you need it now!  At SERVPRO of Mobile County, we are committed to providing you with the fastest response times available!  As part of that commitment, we have developed our own policies and procedures to ensure that you are taken care of in a timely manner.  We have set in place our 30/1/3 rule to guide our response and honor our quick service pledge.  This rule means that you will receive a call back within 30 minutes of the initial call reporting the loss.  Within an hour, one of our First Responders will be on-site to evaluate the situation and develop a treatment plan for your home.  Finally, within 3 hours, our crews will be on-site to begin the mitigation process.  When you call SERVPRO of Mobile County, you know you will receive the fastest service possible when you need it most!
