Crawfish for a Cause 2020

Each year we have looked forward with anticipation and excitement to our annual charity event, Crawfish for a Cause.  Over the event's 7 year history, we have raised over $50,000 cumulatively for local causes.  For 2020, we were thrilled to be moving in a new direction, naming the City of Mobile Fire-Rescue Department's Firefighters Safety Foundation as a our beneficiary.  Among other exciting changes, this was the first year that the event was to be held at the Arthur R. Outlaw Mobile Convention Center on May 16, 2020 from Noon until 3pm.  However, due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, it is with heavy hearts that we must announce this year's event has been cancelled.  We will not let this slow us down or lose momentum.  We will simply use this as motivation to make Crawfish for a Cause 2021 our best in the history of the event!

We Are Family! At SERVPRO of Mobile County we are so lucky to love the community we serve.  We enjoy being able to give back through events such as Crawfish for a Cause and SERVPRO Serves: Feeding Firefighters.  Supporting the greater Mobile area is an awesome honor, but it is even more amazing to be able to support a member of our very own SERVPRO of Mobile County Family! After one of our employees lost everything in a house fire, we immediately came together to raise funds, collect donations and do everything we could to help this special person get back on their feet.   We hosted a BBQ event, selling plates and whole Boston Butts to raise money.  It was truly humbling to see the community come together for us and give back to help one of our own.  Thanks to the hard work of our employees and donations from local businesses and individuals, we were able to raise nearly $5,000 and a large assortment of household items and clothes.  We are so grateful for your support!
