The job that we do each day can be so rewarding.  It can also be a very difficult job with long hours, extreme conditions and exhausting physical labor.  What we do is about more than just completing the mechanics of cleaning water or fire damage.  What we do is about making an impact on people’s lives.  Helping others when they need it most.  Helping our customers through some of the most difficult situations they have ever faced is what makes all the hard work worth it.  At SERVPRO of Mobile County, we realize that the technical aspects are just one factor of what it takes to be successful in this industry.  We deal with everything from fire damage that has destroyed homes, to biohazard cleanups following a tragedy.  We realize how important it is to give our team the tools to help others through these difficult situations.  We have implemented programs such as Motivational Monday and Team-building Tuesday to instill our employees with not just job skills but life skills.  To be the best in the industry, we don’t just build up employees, we empower people.  This is the SERVPRO of Mobile County way!
