This fall, we teamed up with a local foundation, Aubreigh's Army. This organization raises money for research while also increasing awareness for DIPG, a rare childhood brain cancer. We provided two football tickets to the Alabama Crimson Tide versus the LSU Tigers, plus a two night hotel stay in Tuscaloosa, Alabama to raffle off to raise money for this great foundation. We greatly admire this organization and love to do everything we can to aid them in their fight.

This is Firestation #12 of Mobile, Alabama enjoying a lunch brought to them by SERVPRO of Mobile County. We appreciate the hark work and dedication of our firefighters. We take every opportunity we can to give back to them to show our gratitude. 

We love delivering lunches to our brave first responders as part of our SERVPRO Serves: Feeding Firefighters program.  We also love their big pink fire truck pictured here.  This truck, as part of their "Heroes helping Heroes" initiative makes appearances throughout the area during the month of October, leading up to the American Cancer Society's Making Strides Breast Cancer Awareness Walk.  As active participants in Real Men Wear Pink and Making Strides, we love that these heroes are out there supporting the cause.  It is truly an honor to serve these men and women a little lunch each month and get to know each one of them a little better. 

Friday at the Firehouse is a great program that gives us the opportunity to meet members of the great community we serve!  The program is a partnership with the City of Mobile Fire-Rescue in which they open their doors and welcome children of all ages to explore their fire stations. Each Friday during the summer, one station will be open to the public so you can meet the crews, compete in gear races, enjoy art stations and much more.  We are always there serving up refreshments!  Be sure to look for dates and locations each year around Memorial Day.

Crawfish for a Cause 2017 raised over $12,000 for the USA Hospital Arnold Luterman Regional Burn Unit. Without the community's support, none of this could be done. 

SERVPRO of Mobile County had the great pleasure presenting a $1,500 to St. Mary's Home. The money was raised at our 2017 Annual Customer Golf Tournament. We look forward to next year's event. 

SERVPRO of Mobile County sponsored and presented the winning check at the Alabama Deep Sea Fishing Rodeo. We are looking forward to next year's rodeo, and look forward to participating in the event.
