Protecting Contents During Fire Restoration in Mobile, AL

In this photo you can see our amazing fire team hard at work on another residential fire cleaning job.  After a small fire in this home, much of the ceiling throughout the home was covered in a thin black layer of soot.  Smooth ceilings can simply be cleaned/wiped down and repainted.  The ceilings in this home however were blown "popcorn" ceilings.  In this case, they must be scraped and then cleaned/wiped down before painting.  At SERVPRO of Mobile County, our crews have undergone extensive training in not only IICRC approved fire restoration methods, but also in the importance of protecting contents from damage in the process.  This picture shows the dining room table and chairs being carefully covered and encapsulated to ensure that it doesn't get damaged during the ceiling scraping process.

Luckily at SERVPRO of Mobile County, we will be with you every step of the way.  We have worked tirelessly to perfect our processes and service offerings to ensure a seamless process for you.  Should your structure be affected, your contents (belongings) may have to be moved out while repairs are made.
