Contents Packout in Mobile, AL

After a fire or water damage, there may be repairs that need to be made.  Affected flooring or drywall may need to be replaced, making it necessary to temporarily move contents.  At SERVPRO of Mobile County, we carefully package and box your contents.  All items are carefully inventoried using our electronic iCat Inventory System. Employee Appreciation Night at SERVPRO in Mobile, AL

Our team has been working non-stop since the beginning of March tackling COVID-19 cleaning jobs.  From proactive cleaning to suspected and confirmed cases, they suit up everyday to help fight the spread of this virus.  They work late nights and long hours, even weekends.  We thought they deserve a reward for their dedication, so we held an Employee Appreciation event that included a cash machine!  SERVPRO of Mobile County Co-Owners T. John Mayhall and Christopher Mayhall served as chefs for this fabulous evening of games and fun.  The highlight of the evening was when each employee took their turn in our "cash machine" and tried to see how much loot they could walk away with!  We can't wait to do this again and enjoy great times with our work family!

We Love Our Customers!

At SERVPRO of Mobile County, we are so thankful to have the opportunity to help the members of our community when they need us.  We truly appreciate being given the opportunity to take care of your home.  We recently decided to start a new initiative to show our customers how much we appreciate their business.  At the end of each job, we will be leaving behind a small token of our gratitude in the form of a thank you note and gift.  We realized that "one size fits all" didn't work and we ordered gifts catered to each customer.  From decks of cards for the grown ups to punch balloons for the kiddos and treats for all your furry critters, its just one small way we try to put a smile on your face!  Thank you for choosing SERVPRO of Mobile County to care for you!

Remote Presentation with Saraland, AL Chamber of Commerce

Recently, we were honored to be asked to speak to the Saraland Area Chamber of Commerce regarding COVID-19 cleaning and how we can all work together to prevent the spread. In addition to detailing our processes and services, we also discussed CDC Guidelines and how area business can better protect themselves, their employees and their customers.  Obviously, amid the new COVID-19 era of "social distancing"  the meeting looked a little different as it was held remotely via video call.  SERVPRO of Mobile County Co-Owner, T. John Mayhall presented the agenda and although we couldn't get together in person, it was still a great opportunity to visit with some of our favorite people and share the knowledge that we have gained during this pandemic.

Start to Finish

When it comes to taking care of our customers, we pride ourselves on being there for them every step of the way.  At SERVPRO of Mobile County, we realize that the work doesn't just stop after the mitigation.  Often, after a water damage there may be construction (put back), painting and other repairs to return a structure to preloss conditions.  After our IICRC Certified team completes the mitigation and drying process, that is when our licensed construction team steps in.  They can make the necessary repairs and finishing touches to ensure that it is truly "Like it never even happened," for our customers!

In This Together...Supporting Mobile, AL Businesses

At SERVPRO of Mobile County we believe that everyone in our community plays an integral role in the health of our economy.  We always do what we can to promote and support local businesses.  This has become even more of a focus for us as the COVID-19 pandemic took hold of our nation.  Many businesses throughout the U.S. were forced to shut down or greatly alter their business model to comply with the restrictions set by local, state and national government.  It has become more important than ever for everyone to "support local" and help these business owners keep moving forward as we move past these unprecedented times.  We are in this together!

Southwest Chamber of Commerce

As we continue to navigate through the COVID-19 pandemic, we are thankful more than ever for those essential workers out there making things happen every day.  From healthcare workers and first responders, to store workers and restaurant employees, SERVPRO  of Mobile County is so thankful to those individuals that make it possible for us to go out there everyday and continue to do our jobs.  Our teams were honored to be recognized by the Southwest Mobile County Chamber of Commerce for their role as essential workers fighting the spread of COVID-19.  We are so proud to be able to serve our community and so appreciative to be recognized for our contributions.

Here to Help

When the COVID-19 pandemic hit the US, area schools were shut down for the rest of the school year.  This left many working parents trying to juggle their job and schooling their children.  With multiple children comes the need for multiple electronic devices for their online curriculum.  We appreciate how hard our team members work each day to make this company a success.  Without them, we couldn't do what we do each day and we knew we had to be Here to Help® in any way that we could.  This led to the distribution of iPads to employees that needed additional devices in their home.  Helping others isn't just a business philosophy revolving around our customers, its core value that applies to every aspect of who we are!

Soft Contents Cleaning System

At SERVPRO of Mobile County, we take pride in continuously expanding our service lines to meet the needs of our clients.  One such way that we do that is through our innovated soft contents cleaning system.  Our advanced Esporta washing machine can clean a variety of soft contents, from textiles to leather goods and even porcelain.  Once clean, you can't exactly throw all these items in the dryer, so we developed our own unique drying room to finish out the cleaning process.  Our solution was to build this one of a kind chamber that utilizes the same principles of drying that we use on structures after a water damage!
